Once a student has completed phase 2 and we decide that the program is really working for them, they will be allowed to enter phase 3. During phase 3, the student re-enters his/her normal environment with the exception of now adding in a few helpful tools.

The student will be assigned a mentor that will meet with them at least one-time per week and call them at least two-times per week. Every mentor is equipped with the ministry tools and knowledge that is necessary to ensure that every aftercare meeting is going smoothly. The mentor will guide the student through 50 weeks of “Discussion Builders,” which are used each time the mentor and the student meet.

In addition, every student is given 3-months of daily devotionals that are expected to be completed on-time and turned in to their mentor once a month as proof that they are actively involved. During the first three months, we will be contacting the student and the mentor on a regular basis to ensure that the student is learning the material and making progress.
