Once a student has completed the entire 50-weeks of aftercare, they become eligible for the next phase which includes graduation.
At graduation the student is recognized for their achievement and they publicly receive their graduation certificate in recognition for their hard work and dedication. Graduation is a very important event that both we and the student take very seriously. As reward for their accomplishments, we promote and host a citywide event that will honor and celebrate those who have completed the program.
During the ceremony, the student is encouraged to share their testimony so that friends and family will see and hear the amazing work that God has performed in their lives. In addition, the mentor will be recognized for their part in assisting the student, and they will be given the opportunity to testify on their behalf.
As a final step to phase 4, we will publicly pray over the student and offer them the opportunity to enroll in our “Mentorship Program.”
