Our story: 

I (Tammy) have been married twice. My first husband (Andy) and I were married for 14 years until he passed away on November 1st in 2005 from a cocaine overdose. 

 

In the spring of 2006, I came midway through the 10 week “Getting Your Life on Target” series and boy, did I need help getting my life on target. I was trying to run our company after my husband died and raise our two daughters, all by myself. My heart was deeply wounded by my husband’s death, even though the Lord never left my side. 

The very first night I went to the class, I heard testimonies of God's faithfulness while I was in the process of feeling let down and discouraged. That night after class, the Lord did an amazing healing in my heart. He took me to Ezekiel 37, "The Valley of Dry Bones". He showed me that He was breathing on me once again and He was using 180 Degrees Ministries® to do it. A short time later the Lord took me back to Ezekiel 37 to show me the union that He was birthing between me and 180 Degrees Ministries®.  Since that night, the Lord has continually showed me Truth through this ministry of Who He is. I am learning more about His processes all the time.

My husband, James, worked for 180 Degrees Ministries® for two years where He witnessed God radically change individuals’ lives from the inside out. During that time, James watched hundreds of wounded men and women come through the program and was able to witness their before and after transformation. James and I are fully committed to God and 180 Degrees Ministries® because we have witnessed God's amazing power!

Our personal purpose statement: 

We want to allow God the right to use us and His resources through us to further his Kingdom and spread His liberating Truth. 

 

Our personal mission statement: 

To allow our home and our lives to be used for the women coming through 180 Degrees Ministries®. To just simply offer a place for them to stay as they are fed Truth every day and their souls are ministered to by the wonderful presence of Almighty God.
