I am thirty nine years old, currently engaged, and enjoy running. I went through a divorce several years ago and came to a state of brokenness. After coming dangerously close to suicide, there was no doubt left in my mind that living with God was the only way. I became involved with a divorce care program that started the healing process.


I remember a quote that stated; “the only thing between a person’s healing is the front door.” I took this advice and became involved in several teaching areas. One of the most uncomfortable happenings was a backyard Bible club. Biblical foundations were taught and children were helped with homework. Putting others first helped me to heal and this revelation became the lighting of my fuse. It helped me to find my purpose which God created in my innermost being. I may not be what I want to be,  but I am sure not what I used to be!


I am a continual work in progress with God serving as my potter and me the clay! I’m not worthy of his grace, although I am more than willing to receive one of the greatest gifts ever given. The peace He instills within us as His children is unmatched! I’ve been at 180 Degrees Ministries for five years and am currently a professional member of the National Christian Counselors Association. As a temperament and pastoral counselor, it is such a blessing to help those who are hurting! I absolutely love what I do!
